A despatch, dated 18th August 1922, was sent from the Jolonial Office to the officer Administering the Government of the Straits Settlements similar to the despatch of 12th August to the Governor of Kenya (see I.V.0.0. Paper No. 15), and enclosing a copy of the draft Agreement of 28th March 1922 between the commonwealth of Australia and the Amalgamated Wireless (Australasia) Company Limited.
